Shipping Policy

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of payment being confirmed.

Please note that some items are available for pre-order or are listed as backordered. For these items, an estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page. We will dispatch your order as soon as stock arrives and keep you updated by email.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri standard delivery, which typically arrives within 2-4 working days of dispatch. Please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us about a missing order.

A flat rate shipping fee of £4.99 applies to all UK orders.

We are unable to take responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or Evri once your order has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us using the Contact Us page and we'll do our best to help.

Please note we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
